When you order from the Official Junama UK Store, your pram is processed directly through Junama, without third-party retailer handling steps.

If your chosen pram is available in our UK warehouse, orders placed before 11:00am are dispatched next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Some colourways are produced in limited European batches. When a pram is not currently held in the UK, it is allocated to the next European production run and typically ships within up to 5 -10 working days.

Every pram is securely delivered by FedEx or UPS with full tracking and a signature required upon delivery. Carrier records, including delivery scans, proof of delivery and GPS-confirmed location data, ensure that every order remains secure, traceable and verifiable from dispatch to arrival.
